By accessing or purchasing from stitchesnstories.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. About Us

Stitches and Stories is a small, independently owned handmade goods shop operated by Melissa Viall, located at Unit 92, Pioche, Nevada 89043.

3. Products

We sell handmade and curated items, including jewelry, dreamcatchers, sun catchers, crochet items, puzzles, and books. Because many items are handmade, slight natural variations in color, size, or texture are expected and are part of the charm of handcrafted goods — not defects.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD)
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
  • Payment is due at the time of purchase
  • We accept PayPal and major credit/debit cards via Shopify Payments

5. Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled
  • To request a cancellation before shipment, contact us immediately at stitchesnstories@outlook.com

6. Shipping

  • Domestic (U.S.) standard shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $70
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom or personalized items are final sale. Please see our full Return & Refund Policy for details.

8. Intellectual Property

All site content — including photos, descriptions, logos, and graphics — is owned by Stitches and Stories and protected under U.S. copyright law. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Stitches and Stories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or products purchased. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Nevada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
