We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please read our policy below and don't hesitate to reach out.
Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition
- Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items of equal value
- Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm availability
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost to you.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email stitchesnstories@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange
- We will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect
- Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items marked as final sale
- Items returned more than 14 days after delivery
- Items that show signs of use, washing, or damage not caused by us
Refunds
- Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time is 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
